Returns & Exchanges

Return / Exchange Policy
Our customers have a 60 day return / exchange policy upon delivery. NO restock fees and your exchanges are shipped back to you at OUR expense. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason return them for a refund or exchange.

Returns
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges. NO restock fees. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Tell us what you want it replaced with. Your exchange will be returned to you at OUR expense.

Note:
We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Sullivan Uniform will NOT receive credit for the return or exchange

Order Cancellations
Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above. Order shipped and refused by customer will not receive credit for shipping charges. All cancellations required confirmation from our customer service department.

Defects in Workmanship
Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. e-mail within 60 days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, e-mail, or phone within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

 

 

Shipping Information

Shipping Charges will be calculated during the check out process. Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and how far your location is from our closest warehouse. You will have the opportunity during check out to either approve the shipping charges or cancel the order.

  UPS Shipping

All Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air to the United States only. We ship from 6 warehouses across the United States. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.

We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

Time: UPS Ground: Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouses.

Time: 3 Day Select: (Usually 3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground) Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 3 Day and arrive in three business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Time: 2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order 2 days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 2nd Day and arrive in 2 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online.

Embroidery Orders: Embroidery orders require 7 to 10 additional days before shipping.

Back Orders: No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense.

Military APO and FPO: None, Since UPS will not deliver to APO's or FPO's we cannot deliver to these addresses.

International Orders: None. We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the U.S.A.
